Presenters will discuss the Fargo Main Avenue – 25th Street to University Drive project, focusing on the project beginning as a categorical exclusion (CATEX) then transitioning to an environmental assessment (EA), and how collaboration between multiple agencies and consultants allowed the EA to be completed within the one-year timeframe.
