Over the last few years, there has been construction material shortages, uncertainty, and inflation while demand continues to be strong in both the public and private markets. The reasons for these conditions are multifaceted but some include construction labor shortages, supply chain reshuffling, and component material shortages. This presentation will provide more details related to some of the material issues, view the upcoming economic conditions and demand, and discuss what might be expected in the near future.
